Villaggio del Sole beach

The Villaggio del Sole beach is located in the town of Bergeggi, in the province of Savona, and owes its name to the seaside resort that manages this stretch of coast. The beach is wide and long and borders the free beach of Spotorno . The Villaggio del Sole is composed of sand mixed with gravel and small pebbles, all of a light color. The sea is of an iridescent color, depending on the refraction of sunlight: during the day it can go from green to turquoise and blue. The beach is part of the Ponente Ligure Regional Nature Reserve and is the ideal place to dive and practice water sports such as snorkeling . The cleaning of water and beach, in addition to the services offered to visitors, have awarded the beach of the Villaggio del Sole in Bergeggi with the famous Blue Flag by FEE Italy.
