Owner, manager and author of Trovaspiagge is TM Mood S.r.l., having its registered office in Rome, via Paolo Monelli 11, int 32 A, hereinafter referred to as “Author” or also “Company”.
The textual contents of this site are an original realization of TS Mood S.r.l., which holds the copyright and all related rights. It is therefore forbidden any use that has not been expressly authorized in writing by TS Mood S.r.l. .
The photographs may instead have different origins, or rather be:
– produced by TS Mood S.r.l .: in this case, the aforementioned rights and copyright claims apply
– filming from other sources, especially on the web. In this case the source (and possibly the URL) is explicitly highlighted in the gallery
– sent by users of the site, in this case the senders are required a declaration of originality and exemption from liability.
– purchased from a photo database (istockphoto.com and the like).
Data on water quality are provided by the European Environment Agency (www.eea.europa.eu). For each beach, the attribute relating to the withdrawal point closest to the location of the beach indicated in the relative map is indicated. Details of all withdrawal points are available here .
Personal data source
The personal data held by the Author are collected directly from the interested party at the time of entering their personal data in the appropriate fields provided in the forms on the site.
Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) fulfillment of obligations established by law, regulations or EU legislation;
b) functional activities carried out by the Author, carried out by letter, telephone, advertising material, automated communication systems etc., as well as transfer to third parties for the performance of marketing and promotion activities, in relation to the which the interested party has the right to give his consent or not. Each interested party therefore has the right to refuse or revoke, at any time, their consent to the processing, without this entailing harmful consequences of any kind in relations with the Author.
Data processing methods
In relation to the purposes described in the previous paragraph, the processing of personal data takes place through manual, IT and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Categories of processed data
In relation to the purposes described in the previous paragraph “purpose of processing”, the Author processes personal data other than “sensitive” ones (eg: personal data that can reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, the data suitable for detecting the state of health, sex life etc.) and “judicial”.
Categories of subjects to whom the data can be communicated
For the pursuit of the purposes described in paragraph 2, the Author may need to communicate personal data to third parties, which carry out transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications with the interested party.
Personal data may also be disclosed, if requested, to the Competent Authorities in the legal / legislative field.
Rights of the interested party
Finally, all interested parties are informed that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives them the possibility of exercising specific rights. In particular, the interested party can obtain:
a) confirmation of the existence or not of data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
b) information about the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing and the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means;
c) indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the Data Supervisor, as well as the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them;
d) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.
The interested party may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him. It may also object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of information activity on the initiatives and promotion and sale of the author’s products.
