The beach of Ischitella Lido, also known as Marina di Ischitella, is located within the Castelvolturno State Nature Reserve ; a protected area where numerous species of flora and fauna live. The Mediterranean scrub reaches the beach with a massive presence of maritime pine, myrtle and juniper.

The wide beach is made up of light sand, behind which a lush pine forest offers a little shelter during the hottest hours of the day. A good part of the beach is free but there are still bathing establishments in the area where you can rent equipment such as deckchairs and umbrellas.
