The sand is light in color and of fine grain, you can choose whether to stay in the free area or rent equipment at beach resorts in the area. It is possible to park on the street but being a busy beach: depending on the time you may have difficulty finding parking.
The Faro beach has been repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag by FEE Italy.
