Golfo Aranci is a charming seaside resort in Gallura, Gulfu di li ranci for the local inhabitants ( Gulf of the Crabs translated into Italian), which attracts tourists each year from all over the world with its sandy beaches and seabed rich in flora and fauna to admire with mask and snorkel. Ideal place for those who want to practice snorkeling and scuba diving. The city beaches of Golfo Aranci are essentially five and extend over the entire coast starting from Baia Caddinas up to the promontory of Capo Figari, on the eastern end. The five beaches are located near the city center and are therefore close to numerous hospitality and catering facilities ready to satisfy the mass of visitors who choose this stretch of coast on the border with the Costa Smeralda as a destination for their summer holidays. The five city beaches of Golfo Aranci are frequented above all by families with children and are mostly conceded to the bathing establishments where it will be possible to rent equipment such as deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas as well as equipment for the practice of water sports such as windsurfing . The area of Golfo Aranci includes other famous Sardinian beaches such as Sos Aranzos, Cala Moresca, White Beach, S'Abba Beach and Sa Pedra, Cala Delfino, Cala Banana, Cala Sabina Beach, Cala del Sonno Beach, Cala Beach Sassari; all beaches that give breathtaking views with their candid white sand, crystal clear sea and Mediterranean vegetation that intoxicates the senses with its typical scents. First Beach of Golfo Aranci: it is the first that is encountered starting from the tourist port and is the longest of the entire municipal territory. Composed of golden sand with fine grain size and some small pebbles. Second Beach of Golfo Aranci: it is the smallest of the five city beaches and is completely free. Located on the west end of the First Beach, it is composed like the latter of fine-grained golden sand with sandy and shallow sea bottoms. Third Beach of Golfo Aranci: like the first two it is a beach with high traffic and has a narrow and long beach made up of light sand with low and sloping seabed. It is located in a small cove in the Bay at Via degli Asfodeli. Goldo Aranci Fourth Beach : separated from the Fifth Beach by a cliff, they are at the West end of the municipal territory, on the border with Baia Caddinas. Beaches of modest size and composed of fine-grained white sand. Like all the beaches of Golfo Aranci, these are also bathed by a crystal clear sea with a turquoise color unique in the world.
