The beaches of the Riviera dei Gelsomini are bays with very wide sandy beaches, which alternate with cliffs overlooking the sea, framed by jasmine crops and citrus groves and olive trees.

This area also includes part of the Aspromonte National Park.

The most famous tourist destinations are Riace Marina, Roccella Ionica and Marina di Gioiosa Ionica.
