The beach of Sassi Neri is located in the territory of Sirolo, between the beach of San Michele and that of the Due Sorelle ; it is one of the most peaceful and wild of the Riviera del Conero, in the Marche region. The beach is narrow and long and composed mainly of gravel mixed with pebbles . The beach of Sassi Neri is so named due to the presence of some dark-colored rocks that are found on the seabed near the shore. In prevalence free however are present bathing establishments where to be able to rent equipment and small boats. It can be accessed via paths immersed in greenery (it is advisable to wear shoes suitable for the walk), or by shuttle bus that during the summer season leave regularly from the center of Sirolo. The northern section of the Sassi Neri beach in Sirolo is usually dedicated to naturism, although a municipal ordinance prohibits its practice.
